School bell rings at 8.55am when all children should be on the playground.  Registration is at 9.00am.  The school day finishes at 3.30pm.

The school day is divided broadly into 5 sessions of about an hour.

The morning session is

• 9.00am – 12.00pm for Nursery, Reception Year 1 and Year 2
• 9.00am – 12.30pm  for Years 3 to 6.

The afternoon is

• 1.00pm - 3.30pm for Nursery (full time children only), Reception Year 1 and Year 2
• 1.30pm - 3.30pm for Years 3 to 6.

There is a morning break of 15 minutes mid-morning.

Assemblies are daily and run for around 15 minutes.

A typical week equals 32.5 hours. 

Children should not arrive at school too early as we cannot assume responsibility before 8.45am it is at this time that the playground gates are opened to allow children to enter the school site. Please ensure your child arrives by 8.55am each day when the bell is rung and children line up and go into class.
