Every parent is automatically a member of the PSA. The Association’s aim is to support the school and foster the links between the two. The PSA organises many fundraising and social events. These include social evenings, coffee mornings, afternoon teas, bake sales, picnics, fairs etc.
Please check the notice board in the playground for latest information from the PSA. There is also a small PSA noticeboard in the school office. Also check out the school newsletter, the ‘Brackenbury Buzz’ which is emailed to all parents every other week to keep parents informed of up and coming events. Please ensure the school has your email address.
PSA Committee
Members of the Committee are elected by the parents and carers each year at the Annual General Meeting . The Committee members then elects roles such as a Chair & Vice Chair or Co-Chairs, Secretary and Treasurer.
The Committee decides and plans the events and activities each year.
The PSA’s official name is Friends of Brackenbury School, is a registered charity (No. 1106765) and publishes an Annual Report & Accounts each year.

Ways to support the school….
Volunteer
Please do volunteer to help at PSA events.
Classes take it in turns to run a bake sale after school every Tuesday.
There are also various events throughout the year including the Winter, Easter and Summer Fairs, a Quiz, an Auction, Car Boot Sale and many more both after school, in the evening or at the weekend where any parent can volunteer to help the PSA.
